We are seeking an experienced HomeCare Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care administration to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HomeCare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting optimal patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily HomeCare operations including scheduling, staffing, and patient care delivery.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage HomeCare budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Hire, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to promote efficient and effective patient care.
  • Evaluate and analyze HomeCare performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing HomeCare operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HomeCare operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of HomeCare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage patient care and documentation.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
