Refund Policy
- If client want to cancel any service before the service delivered, customer can request for cancellation by sending email at admin@onelifeuae.com.
Cancellation charges will be applicable will be charged based on the services.If any advice has been collected before the service , refund will be made after deduction of cancellation charges. if any. Refund is porcessed within 14 working days. - Onelife can inititate cancellation/rescheduling prior to service delivery due unaware /unforseen situtaitons.
(Note: We will make the best arrangement to provide the services on schedules time). - If ONE LIFE denies or terminates service, you will receive a proportionate refund for any unused services. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to pay for the service.
- If you book a package session/package pricing/customized pricing for any service for bundled service/package pricing and then want to later discontinue after taking any service in the package due to any reason, the package pricing will no longer be applicable to the package. You will be charged based on the original individual price basis and package pricing will be no longle eligibile.And the service will be treated as individual service.
- If your payment for an order fails, the bank will automatically refund the amount to your account within 14 working days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.If it has been more than 14 working days and you have not received your refund, please check your bank statement and contact your bank.
- If you cancel your service during the service period/tenure, you may receive a proportionate refund forthe balance period/services not rendered, at ONE LIFE's discretion.
- If you want to cancel your service, you must inform ONE LIFE through its authorized representative at
least 3 days before you want to cancel. If you do not give ONE LIFE 3 day's notice,customer agrees to
forfeit /pay onelife the service charges in lieu for 3 day's notice. - ONE LIFE requires you to report any disputes with respect to an invoice within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If you do not report a dispute within 48 hours, the invoice will be deemed accepted.
- Mode of Refund
1. The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of booking the service.
2. All refunds will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment within 14 working days.
