We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and promoting optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g. ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.
Serve as a resource and mentor for other healthcare professionals and support staff.
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Active physiotherapy license in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage patient care and documentation.
