Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g. ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for other healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
