We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ICU and CCU to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring and managing critical care patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU and CCU settings.

Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and assess patient progress.
Implement and manage advanced life support measures such as mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy, and intra-aortic balloon pump.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.
Serve as a resource and mentor for other nursing staff members.
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ICU and CCU settings.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex and rapidly changing patient conditions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage patient care and documentation.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
