Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU and CCU settings.

• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and assess patient progress.
• Implement and manage advanced life support measures such as mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy, and intra-aortic balloon pump.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff development programs, and research activities to enhance the delivery of patient care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for other nursing staff members.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
